Thanks for shopping at Impossatools! If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is the wrong size or it is damaged or broken, we’re here to help. With returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or evidence that it was purchased from Impossatools.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item vie eamail. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and if it has been approved. If you have met the required criteria above and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or through PayPal. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Postal Expenses & Shipping Costs
If you decide to return your item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and evidence of the postal costs will be forwarded to you. Please note our office is based in South Australia so shipping times and the turnaround of returns may vary depending on your location.
New Orders
New orders from Impossatools site are generally processed within 4 business days, this is not allowing weekends and public holidays. If we are experiencing any additional delays we will notify you immediately. We ask that you keep an eye on the inbox of the email account you used for purchase so you are kept up to date with your order. If we do not have an item you purchased in stock we may arrange for delivery of your item straight from the supplier, this process can take up to and excess of 20 days as they only process orders on certain days of the month.
Cancelling & Changing An Order
If you would like to cancel an order there is no cost involved if you notify us immediately. If an order has already been processed and posted on our end we will not be able to initiate a cancellation on the order and we will need to undertake a return / refund as described above with postal expenses absorbed by the buyer.
